  2. Where are you located?
    Big Tony's Chevelles R Us is located in Burlington, North Carolina. This means that shipping will generally be quicker for customers on the east coast. Regardless, most items will be shipped in up to 3 business days. Items should be delivered 2-5 days after that, except for oversized items which must be shipped freight.

  6. The shipping price seems wrong. What should I do? 


    Give us a call! Calculating shipping costs is inexact at best. If your shipping estimate on the website seems wrong, call Tony. He'll help you with the order over the phone, and will probably make your shipping costs less.

  7. How long will it take for me to get what I ordered?

    If your order is small to medium sized, we will try to get it sent out as quickly as possible, usually in one or two days. Larger orders might take more time. Most small orders are shipped via UPS Ground.

  8. Do you keep everything you sell in stock?
    At Big Tony's, we think it's right to keep everything in stock. Of course, this is hard, as we keep selling things! We do keep roughly 90% of products in our catalog in our warehouse. If you order something we don't immediately have, we'll order it straight from the manufacturer with all the discounts they give us.

  9. Shipping
    Most items will be shipped via the United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEX. Some items may require additional shipping costs due to their size. For shipping quotes on oversized items please give us a call for a truck freight quote. If several sheet metal pieces are needed its best to place order together to save in freight costs.  Please provide complete address with zip code to a residence or to a business in a business district for accuracy in obtaining a quote.  Failure to misrepresent as a business and it ships to a business in a residential area will result in additional shipping costs and will be billed back to the customer.

  10. Returns

    If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately. We offer a full guarantee on all parts we sell. Please submit a copy of your invoice with all returns. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt of the item. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you have a question about returning an item, please call us.

     

    We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund, in the same form of payment originally used for purchase, within five to seven days of our receiving your return.

     

    NO RETURNS ACCEPTED WITHOUT ORIGINAL INVOICE.
    RETURN PARTS MUST BE "UNOPENED" AND IN ITS "ORIGINAL" PACKAGING
    35% HANDLING CHARGE ON "UNOPENED" RETURN PARTS WITHIN 30 DAYS.

  11. Damaged Packages

    Damaged packages are the responsibility of the carrier. Please call your local UPS office at
    1-800-PICKUPS or Federal Express at 1-800-GOFEDEX  if damages occur. They will in turn contact us, and we will work with them in order to replace your damaged goods.
